Option 1 — Upload at Checkout (Website)
- Step 1: Add your chosen frame to the cart.
- Step 2: On the product or cart page, look for the "Upload Prescription" field.
- Step 3: Take a clear photo of your prescription slip or type in your SPH, CYL, and AXIS values.
- Step 4: Complete checkout. Our optician will review and confirm before dispatch.
Option 2 — Send via WhatsApp

What Information Is on a Prescription?
- OD / OS — (Right eye / Left eye)
- SPH (Sphere) — your main power
- CYL (Cylinder) — for astigmatism
- AXIS — direction of astigmatism
- ADD — for bifocal/reading (if applicable)
- PD (Pupillary Distance) — distance between pupils
